Our story

Our next chapter begins with giving.

In December 2026, we'll begin a new chapter together in marriage. We want that milestone to reflect more than a celebration. We want it to reflect the values we share and the difference we hope to make together.

Our love for animals is personal. Nachi adopted Bruce in Atlanta in 2015, and over the years, Bruce underwent two ACL surgeries. Supporting him through those experiences helped shape our appreciation for the importance of accessible veterinary care.

As we plan our wedding, we've chosen to forgo a traditional gift registry and invite charitable contributions instead, helping provide seed funding for a foundation built around community service, animal welfare, and investing in the next generation.

That's how Open Chapter Foundation began: with a shared commitment to second chances, new opportunities, and removing barriers that stand in the way of better tomorrows.

Our first planned program focuses on necessary veterinary care in Georgia. Youth and community initiatives are possible future directions, not current programs.
